Abstract
Being a mathematician I would like to highlight the relation between Mathematics and medical science.
In medical science, mathematics is essential and makes a substantial contribution to many fields, such as:
- Biomechanics: studying the mechanical aspects of living systems, such as blood flow and joint movement.
- Data analysis: Statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms help interpret complex medical data, identifying patterns and trends.
- Personalized medicine: Mathematical techniques, like genomics and precision medicine, tailor treatments to individual patients.
- Pharmacokinetics: Mathematical models describe how drugs are absorbed, distributed, and eliminated in the body.
