Abstract
In this world of growing competition and Google generation patients are aware about quality of dental services that should be provided to them. Hence, patient’s expectations have increased.
Earlier, forces like corporate growth, medical tourism and insurance were only limited to Hospital industry, with the growing awareness of Dental health quality of Dental clinics is also taken under consideration by the patients.
