Abstract
The transmutation of a hydrogen in the Sun, and the hydrogen is the based substace on the Earth, where water is essential.
We noticed hydrogen from water, two hydrogen−oxide pressurized at more than 100 MPa. After presurisation, we call it SIGN water−−Spin Inform Gauge Network.
We assum neither hydrogen nore other ions. So we regard subatom in which an electron with spin precesses around a proton. We name the subatom an infoton like an elementary particle and is pico-order size.
Infoton plays the roles for reduction in chemical view points and nuclear transmutation in physics. The third characteristics is transfer of substance properties in an air and human body.
Phenomenologicaly, we have experienced prohibition of oxidation leading to keep food fresh, reduction fuel consumption in a car, “20 to 40 percent”, and deodorization. Even medical fields, we have many evidences of remdy to disease by drinking the SIGN water. Blood flow is mended because of the infoton small size, as plant roots can easily absorb the water leading to the twice production ratio in the rice fields.
Fimally, we experienced radioactive cesium 137 and 134 to staible bariums in Fukushima.
